  I used to like the care given by these providers back when it was on Rochester rd. However since the main vet has retired and they've turned to Petco quality of service doesn't feel the same. Firstly they have my dogs' information but failed to send out a reminder that the one was due for their rabies vaccine and upon checking that I got a "who are you?" Followed up with "oh yeah, you should have come in months ago, now she has to get a single year dose" -thanks for that. While there they pitch packages with a check up that makes it seem like boosters are inclded, since no where does it say the follow up shots are not. This is feels underhanded to then have to pay more so that the vaccines are actually effective. And the last thing that got under my skin, for the shots and the check up they had me wait in an exam room only to take my dog away to perform everything, like why both having exam rooms at all if you're not going to use them?! Also, I like to be there, I know my dog's temperament and to be told they muzzled her after the fact because she tried to nip them tells me something was very wrong with the they handled my dog. Not to mention they handed me a fecal receptacle and heart worm prevention with someother pet's name on it. I will be looking elsewhere for a new vet

  My pet has been a patient since 10 weeks old and received first vaccines and exam here. We continued service until I called to get a rabies booster for my puppy because of possible exposure. I was told to take my pet elsewhere cause they are busy with surgeries all weekend and next week. Also no doctor will be available but the doctors are required to give the vaccines. Who is doing all these surgeries keeping you booked like they don't have to be there for these surgeries? So, my pet's regular "VET" couldn't accomodate an emergency request. I was not given any additional assistance other than we are booked and find another place. Then I get a weird voicemail about "finding" space to bring my pet today. Seriously? I do not trust anything they are telling me cause that is the exact opposite of what I was told when I first called. Wow! I am both disgusted and appalled that this supposed vetco place cannot help during a stressful time. We will find other services moving forward and are never coming back!!!! I will also be spreading the word about how business is conducted here with certain patients/clients.

  I made an appointment and when I came the woman at the front desk Angie was more concerned with how much I was going to be spending over giving my dog care. She told me there would most likely be bloodwork and I told her we would have to reschedule for that amount of money but I still wanted to get her checked out. The vet was very helpful and understanding I wish I got her name to give her praise. She gave my options after her assessment and when I went to schedule the bloodwork Angie couldnt hold her tongue and said if I knew you weren't getting bloodwork today I wouldn't have let you back there. I wanted to schedule the appointment but after her comments and attitude I will now be going elsewhere where that cares more about their patients and not how much money they can make before they let your pet receive care
