  My pet has been a patient since 10 weeks old and received first vaccines and exam here. We continued service until I called to get a rabies booster for my puppy because of possible exposure. I was told to take my pet elsewhere cause they are busy with surgeries all weekend and next week. Also no doctor will be available but the doctors are required to give the vaccines. Who is doing all these surgeries keeping you booked like they don't have to be there for these surgeries? So, my pet's regular "VET" couldn't accomodate an emergency request. I was not given any additional assistance other than we are booked and find another place. Then I get a weird voicemail about "finding" space to bring my pet today. Seriously? I do not trust anything they are telling me cause that is the exact opposite of what I was told when I first called. Wow! I am both disgusted and appalled that this supposed vetco place cannot help during a stressful time. We will find other services moving forward and are never coming back!!!! I will also be spreading the word about how business is conducted here with certain patients/clients.

  I made an appointment and when I came the woman at the front desk Angie was more concerned with how much I was going to be spending over giving my dog care. She told me there would most likely be bloodwork and I told her we would have to reschedule for that amount of money but I still wanted to get her checked out. The vet was very helpful and understanding I wish I got her name to give her praise. She gave my options after her assessment and when I went to schedule the bloodwork Angie couldnt hold her tongue and said if I knew you weren't getting bloodwork today I wouldn't have let you back there. I wanted to schedule the appointment but after her comments and attitude I will now be going elsewhere where that cares more about their patients and not how much money they can make before they let your pet receive care

  I've been bringing my cats here for a while and have always been a loyal customer. Today I arrived about 5 minutes late after driving for over an hour through heavy traffic. I understand that being late was my responsibility, but I was disappointed by how unfriendly and dismissive the receptionist was. A little understanding would have been appreciated, especially for a regular client. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won't be returning.

  The Dr and Nurse were so patient with our pup, Bandit. Although we gave him sedatives the day before and day of, he was still very reactive when it was time for him to get his wellness shots. We all worked as a team, and they were able to get him his shots. Thank you all so much!
