  heartbreaking to see so many dead beta fish, there must have been over 25 just sitting there. even in these small containers there would still not be this many dead. I asked an employee and their answer was that “they haven’t been pulled yet” but that many fish don’t just die overnight. chameleons also looked so unhappy both of their coloring was terrible and muted. makes me never want to spend my money at petco

  The manager, Emmanuel, was a great help. He is courteous and definitely oriented towards customer service. I hope he is manager for a long time.

  I made an appointment and when I came the woman at the front desk Angie was more concerned with how much I was going to be spending over giving my dog care. She told me there would most likely be bloodwork and I told her we would have to reschedule for that amount of money but I still wanted to get her checked out. The vet was very helpful and understanding I wish I got her name to give her praise. She gave my options after her assessment and when I went to schedule the bloodwork Angie couldnt hold her tongue and said if I knew you weren't getting bloodwork today I wouldn't have let you back there. I wanted to schedule the appointment but after her comments and attitude I will now be going elsewhere where that cares more about their patients and not how much money they can make before they let your pet receive care

  The associate (maybe manager?) was very helpful in recommending me alternatives to a discontinued brand/type of treat my hospice kitty had always loved. He took me to a few aisles and handed me options compare - and shared his senior's favs too! The associate at the counter was watchful and vigilant in ensuring a newly purchased fish did not get abandoned on the shelf by a hectic family. He was adamant in his convo to me that he had incredibly high standards for any creature's life ♡
