- SRSyeda T RahmanSep 27, 20261.0I’m honestly really annoyed with this location. This is the SECOND time they’ve canceled my cat’s vaccination appointment. The first time was in August, and I booked a whole week ahead, just for them to cancel it. Now I booked another appointment for 4 PM two days in advance, and they canceled it AGAIN the same day. Like why even let people book appointments if they’re just going to cancel them? I plan around these appointments and it’s getting really frustrating. I just want to get my cat vaccinated.

After I explained the disappointment she said due his matting she had to do this. I feel like she could have informed me of the issue she ran into and then let me decide if I would like to move forward. Cut was patchy and just looked lazy done.
- AAAmoriSep 15, 20261.0Yeah the vet side was absolutely horrible. I took my 4week old kitten up there to get a basic exam. The lady that first came in to check him, barely knew what she was talking about. her customer service overall was poor and slightly rude. I told them i was a first time cat owner and they gave my cat a dewormer without guiding me on how to give him aftercare. i asked all the right questions and still left feeling like i wasn’t sure on how to properly take care of my new cat after he just got his first deworming. wouldn’t waste my time or money at the vet side of the store👍🏽.
