  I set an appointment with grooming for my puppy chase at this location and when I got there , they told me since he was at his 16 week mark , I would need to reschedule until he gets his rabies shot. Which I understood, and then the lady proceeded to feel on my puppy and said well since he probably never been groomed he probably needs to go to a private stylist. I felt like it was a way just to turn him down. I rescheduled the appointment and I was running behind due to car issues and i called and to let them know i was running behind and the lady on the phone cut me off and stated i had to be there at 9:15am and it was 9:03am . I asked if they had any appointments later on and she instantly said no and did not take the time to check for other locations or anything. This location does not accommodate you or try to help you in anyways necessary.

  I took my dog Roxy to Petco grooming today, and had an EXCELLENT outcome! They did an amazing job in a timely manner. Ill return and tell my friends too!

  A limited selection of cat food, with less variety than the nearby meijer. They did not have a relatively common product that I was looking for. The store itself seemed clean enough and the customer service was fine.
