  Michelle at the Troy location goes above and beyond as do most of the staff. She has helped me with special orders for certain foods that my 4 yr. old Labrador needs due to her epi(enzyme pancreatic insufficiency). Plus, no other pet food store can beat the prices either! Thank you Michelle and Premier Pets!

  I had a wonderful experience with Premier Pet Supply\! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring\. They offer a great selection of high\-quality pet products, and I appreciated the personalized advice and attention\. Their prices are competitive with those at other pet shops and online retailers like Chewy, so I felt I was getting great value\. The team was always ready to answer my questions and make sure I left with exactly what I needed\. I highly recommend Premier Pet Supply for excellent products and customer service\!

  Since we moved to metro Detroit, we have been loyal customers of Premier Pet Supply as it is the best pet store we have ever experienced. We love their wide range of treats, kibbles, toys, and various accessories. Their pricing is also very reasonable and they have various sales for treats and toys which our pup loves. We also like their dog wash stations and their partnership with Peticured for nail trimmings as we are able to use the store as a one stop shop for grooming needs. But one thing stands out to me above the rest: the care they show to their customers. I and my pup have never felt more welcome in any other pet store. When I first adopted my dog and we were experimenting with various kibbles and meals; many employees helped give advice on brands and flavors and even offered some samples to try out. When our dog didn’t like a certain kibble (which unfortunately happened a few times) we were able to return the bag and try again until we found the right fit. Lastly, their annual photos with Santa/the Grinch during the holidays have become an annual tradition for our family. Troy was the first location I visited and the one I frequent the most, but I have also gone into the stores in Novi, Beverly Hills, and West Bloomfield and have had amazing experiences in each. Thank you for all you do!

  Amazing staff. I arrived 10 mins after close, thinking they were open still. Michelle met me at the door and walked me through all the things I needed and cashed me out with a great attitude. Customer service you don’t come across like these days!
