I’m not sure if they are understaffed or book too many appointments but it took over 3 hours for my 2 dogs and when i finally came to get them my larger dog was almost completely wet still, his nails were barely cut, they did not trim his paw pads and because he was still so wet he smelled. I know he is not a fan of the dryer but they have never sent him out that wet, it seems like he was just washed before they called me because he would have dried a bit had they washed him sooner. My little dog, I asked them to cut around his face, particularly his eyes so he can see better and they didn’t bother to do that either. I paid $200 and it was such a waste. I called the 800 number and they never returned my call after I gave them my information. Rethinking where I will get them groomed after this
