  I scheduled an appointment for my dog having health problems, there weren't many places in the area that weren't going to charge me insane amounts for a quick exam and some antibiotics but I saw that banfield was offering some deals for exams. Scheduled an appointment for one of their time slots that was available on their website for an in-room service since I didnt have the time to come pick her up in an undisclosed amount of time. Arrived for my appointment, there was only one person working the front desk so I figured it would be a minute to get checked in. About 10 minutes later it's my turn in line, I get to the desk and her tone of voice immediately changes to being upset with me being there. I'm assuming maybe she's having a bad day so I don't think much of it. Tell her who my dog is and my appointment being at noon. She said "we don't have this appointment available, we're about to go to lunch" which doesn't make sense if it was an option on your website. Informed her that was one of the only options that was available, she said I could either leave my dog there to get seen "at some point" today or I could come back tomorrow. I told her this was the availability that I had and don't have the time to come back at an undisclosed time or come back tomorrow when I have other things scheduled that need to get done. I tried to ask about the appointment that was already scheduled but as soon as I said I couldn't do either of the options that she gave me she rolled her eyes at me and said, "okay then, bye!" I don't understand what kind of veterinary practice allows appointments to be scheduled if there is no availability. There are no other vets near me who have availability till next week. Am I supposed to let my dogs UTI turn into a kidney infection because you messed up your own availability and then blamed the customer for it? It wasn't just some last minute availability I selected, the website was very clear to Inform me that both of their main veterinarians were going to be available at that time. I drove 20 minutes to get my dog this appointment for what I thought would be some relief. Now she has to continue to be in discomfort and pain because your front desk receptionist couldn't even have the courtesy to call to let me know there was a website mix up. Don't bring your dog here if you want them to get care because they aren't going to get it unless you have the whole day set aside to leave them there for hours by themselves.

  Today I went in to take my cat for an exam and the staff were professional and friendly! I love everyone there and thank them for being supportive and kind to my cat and I! We will be back ♥️

  Great team at this location! They are all always very helpful and kind. Teddy leaves this vet happy and calm each time, which makes me happy.
