    We have a 6 year lab/shepard mix. She has never been in a kennel before and after calling around, we decided to use Biitteesweet Pet Resorts. There price was better than other kennels. When I pulled into the. driveway, the house and grounds looked very nice. I made a mistake and arrived before they actually opened but they worked with me and we got Goldie signed in. From what I saw, the dogs had an enclosed area as well as a fenced in area. They had a routine where the dogs got to play as well as interaction with other dogs, which for Goldie is good since she doesn’t get any real interaction with other dogs. Upon picking her up, she seemed happy and of course pleased to see me. I would recommend Bittersweet for you kennel needs and I gave them a 5 star rating.

    We love Bittersweet! The photo updates they provide give us so much peace of mind while we are away, and we know they take such great care of our dog.

    Took both of my golden doodles to them one of which was disgusting and they made him look like a puppy again highly recommend

    We scheduled grooming appt. For 2 dogs, showed up at scheduled time and were told that our appointment time was three hours earlier and only for one dog. This was incorrect. I later phoned and spoke to somebody and she confirmed after reviewing the Voice log that we were correct and they had made a mistake with their booking and asked us to reschedule for the next day and they would give us a discount. She then Rebooked us for today for both dogs took all of their information told me a time to be here. I showed up with both dogs. They took them back and started grooming the first dog and then I was told. They didn’t have vaccination records so they could not complete their services. I was never asked for vaccination records only for the veterinary clinic we used they tried calling our vet who was closed for vacation until Tuesday. So So they proceeded to tell me I needed to take my dogs home and reschedule again. They then bring me out my half groomed dog, by that I mean, he’s half shaved. And asked me to reschedule and I said you expect me to take my dog who is half cut Home and bring him back and they said yes. Now keep in mind two days in a row these mistakes are on Bittersweet. The first day was their scheduling area error the second mistake. They didn’t ask for veterinary records. I could’ve easily brought veterinary records with me had I been told. They then Tell me that they they’ll ask their manager to give me a discount when I rescheduled to bring them back. There is no way I will be going back a third time to an incompetent grooming center who’s asked me to drive a half an hour each direction twice now with dogs Who sends me away After their mistakes and does not take the initiative To fix it while I am there. I will not return or recommend!!

What vaccines does my dog need to stay?

For the safety of all our guests, we require dogs be up to date on their vaccinations for rabies, DHLPP (distemper), and Bordetella.

When can I drop off and pick up my pet?

Check-in can be any time during our operating hours. We recommend dropping off a bit before closing so your pet has time to settle in. You can also check-out any time during business hours, but if you pick up before 12 noon Monday-Saturday you won’t be charged the nightly rate. On Sundays, the day charge always applies. Our operating hours are: Monday-Friday 7:30 am-7:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am-4:00 pm Sunday 3:00 pm-6:00 pm
