I usually don’t leave reviews, but The vaccine clinic ladies were very rude and not friendly with my dog. They scared him and made him uncomfortable to get a shot, they didn’t try showing any love or affection to him or allowing him to adjust before they wrapped a choke collar around him. Rushed to do the shot and said they had only 5 minutes with each pet.. I won’t be coming back.

Worst experience at petco ever. Walked in with my dog and he decided to mark a pallet on the floor waiting to be stocked. I grabbed my bag of dog food and went to the counter. I said to the young lady. Hello, how are you today to which she ignored me completely? I then asked, is there somewhere? I can grab a paper towel. My dog peed on a pallet, which she ignored me. She didn't even acknowledge.I was standing there until she asked for my phone number. While she was ringing me up, I saw there was a roll of paper towels on the cash register behind me when she had finished ringing me up.I Asked if I could leave my products there as I was going to clean up the mess my dog had made. She rolled her eyes at me and said, well, I guess so in the most sarcastic voice you've ever heard in your life. The problem is, I was the only customer in the entire store. No one was going to be bothered by my product. Laying there for an extra Minute to clean up dog pee. As I walked out, I told her to have a nice day and she once again ignored me like I wasn't there. The way she talked to me and snapped my head off when I only asked if I could leave my product on the counter I.Decided, this was my last trip to petco
