  I am absolutely upset. We recently adopted a kitten from the Humane Society in the back of the store and it has been nothing but bad. 1, the people working there are nice yes, but are putting animals at risk. It may not be the workers themselves, but the Humane Society instead. They informed us that 5 months is "too young to test a kitten for Feline Leukemia and FIV." Most vets test within 8 to 12 weeks of age. They claim false positives exist but yeah, then you can treat it as a positive and get retested/inform people that there was a positive test. 2, unsure if fecal tests are completed before placing animals up for adoption but be warned. We were NOT informed of any parasites or other ailments she has, but got her tested within a few days of being isolated in our home and she has been diagnosed with a parasite that is EXTREMELY contagious. These people are putting your other pets in home at risk by not only refusing to test for 2 extremely dangerous/costly ailments, but are taking advantage of kind people who want to give permenant homes to these fur babies but not ensuring a clean bill of health. I am extremely disappointed.

  Was low on a few things I was looking for such as dog collars. Clean store but I noticed several empty or near empty shelves. Very nice staff.

  I brought my dog with me and everyone was so nice to him. It was great for him to meet new people.

  Spent about 5 minutes walking around the store looking for Blue Buffalo product and never found an employee. I finally went to checkout for help. Not terribly impressed with this store.
