DO NOT VISIT BANFIELD. CAT DEAF AFTER OVER DOSED ON ANESTHESIA DURING ROUTINE TEETH CLEANING My cat who has always been healthy, went in for a routine dental cleaning. They over dosed her on anesthesia because a tech put in the wrong weight. Then, when they gave her the reversal they gave her 3 vaccines and dewormer without seeing if she was going to come out of the anesthesia, which she didn't. She had a very mild ear infection but due to the over dose and vaccines, her infection became serious. Dr. Belmany was the vet for all this. She said that Banfield is making all the clinics due 7-8 surgeries a day! In 4 hours, they're just whipping through surgeries with no regard to the animals. The vets aren't double weighting, because if they did, they may have caught the wrong weight. They're not reading notes that the techs put in the charts before surgeries because Dr. Belmany would have known prior to the cleaning that Eevee had a slight ear infection. They cut her nails so short they caused trauma! She gave me ear drops, which in, turn made her eyes shake back and forth. It wasn't just one error, it was multiple! This was 10 days ago, Eevee is now deaf, she just started eating solid food, she can't potty by herself, she can't walk without falling over. I had her at Banfield to get help and they did nothing! I've spent thousands of dollars and ten hours at an emergency vet hospital. I will be seeing them in court!

Online system did not register my dog’s appointment so there was a long wait. Her stool test resulted next day and was positive yet nobody relayed the result to me or ordered any medication. After 5 days of trying to get through for follow up management of my dog continued symptoms and being told the doctor is unavailable, I went to a different local vet who tried to obtain visit notes/plan of care which was incomplete so she had to be reevaluated for a prescription to treat her positive stool result. I’m not sure what I paid for here but the service was terrible and clinically negligent.

My puppy Peanut was very sick and did not know what was wrong so I took him in and I was told he was diagnosed with Leptospirosis. At first they suggested taking him to a 24hr hospital but they wanted between $5000 to $7000 and I could not afford that so I was so scared that I would lose my baby 😪 But the doctors here gave me the option of just bring Peanut to them everyday for a week for Fluids and medication and with there monthly plan it helped me tremendously with the price. Everyone there was very sweet and caring and made my baby feel so safe. Today my baby is doing sooooo much better and is back to his hyper self ❤️ Without them idk if I would have my baby today ❤️
