I go to premier Pet Supply for my feeder crickets and hornworms because they are decently priced here. However, lately I’ve been getting some pushback from their employees when asking for help with those. For example, I had to search the store for an employee and while walking back to the area they’re sold she told me there were no hornworms (which I knew there was because I had already went over and waited for help and saw them in the fridge). When I pointed out that there was some over there she huffed and said “well we’ll see”. Customer service goes a long ways with me and when you give attitudes for simple tasks it really makes me not want to shop there. They also could use a help button in that area as well as there’s frequent no one working that area.

Premier Pet Supply is an amazing pet store! They have a great selection of products, the store is always clean and well organized, and the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. It’s our go-to place for everything our golden retriever needs. Highly recommend!
