  UNRELIABLE! Consistently cancels appointments, but only lets you know an hour or two before appointment time. Twice I have pre-medicated my nervous pet only to have the appointment cancelled. They don't care that the pet is sick and needs care. I'll be cancelling my Wellness Plan membership.

  After going for 10+ years, will NOT be returning. I have been going to this banfield for over 10 years with several dogs and never had any problems until 2026 rolled around. Just to name a few, from not doing tests that I request to be done (because I knew exactly what the problem was) and causing us to spend more money elsewhere; to not even checking my dogs heart (especially when they were the ones to find out she has a slight murmur), eyes, ears or anything during a routine visit. Just because someone says they have no concerns doesn't mean a standard physical doesn't need to be done during an appointment, just like at our human doctor routine visits. Im glad we decided to cancel our plan renewal months ago. Now that the last payment has been made, we will not be returning.

  Been bringing my dog here since I first brought her home. Such nice staff and exceptional service. I love they have a yearly plan for your pet so your yearly visits aren't so expensive, but you also get additional perks!

  Today i arrived on time for my appointment but was told i was at the wrong location by Brandi (employee) even though i was not. Once i sorted out everything i was then told i was too late for my appointment and we had to wait 30 minutes. This was a terrible first impression. Staff was careless. I would not trust them around my animals.
