- DTDeanna TaylorFeb 20, 20211.0I would have liked the opportunity to try this business after all the reviews I read about this place being an "awesome" place to take your fur babies. But after 2 emails, with picture so they knew what I would be bringing, and two phone messages, it has been over a week, I did not receive a return response to my request for a quote or appointment. Therefore my review can only be on the customer service, poor. Like I said after reading the reviews, I was looking forward to trying a new place to take my babies, but they will not have my business if this is what their customer service is like. I did get an appointment after one message, in less than 24 hours at another business, looks like that will be my place going forward. All I can say is, if your that busy and cannot take new clients the courtesy of a return message goes a long way whether you can accommodate or not.

This is the first time in 14 years my baby actually came home happy and not exhausted so apparently she had a good time too! Thank you!
