- SHStephanie Hall4 days ago1.0One star is being too generous. Extremely over priced and under educated. Paid hundreds of dollars for them to misdiagnose my cats ear swab and had to go somewhere else instead anyways. Claimed the swab was “clean” then changed their mind to “bacterial” after I pointed out that the infection was visibly present. They take the pet in the back for the entire exam so I can’t even trust that they did what we paid for. Save your time, money, and pets health and go somewhere else.

After calling all week to get our dog's prescription refilled, today we were told the Vet "needs to review her notes" and the soonest a script could be obtained is tomorrow morning. WE'VE BEEN CALLING ALL WEEK so why the heck hasn't the vet reviewed her notes already when we already told you he's out of the medication TODAY!!! There's no way they care about animals when I'm telling you mine is in pain without these meds. I'm so pissed right now.

I scheduled an in-person visit and was told that I needed to leave my dog behind after I waited for 45 minutes (in a filthy room) to see the actual vet. During my 45 minute wait, a member of the "team" attempted to sell me additional services instead of addressing the reason I was there. I ended up leaving without ever seeing the vet and will not return.

They have a monthly subscription service they offer that gets you discounts on certain services, but that subscription is literally impossible to cancel. I called them seven times two years ago to cancel and they wouldn't. I had to get a new debit card to get them to stop charging me and instead of cancelling my subscription they let it run for two years so they could take me to court after they let it run to collections. Do not come here.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
