  Had a really good experience with them, from the staff to the Dr. My dog peed all over the staff and they were literally laughing uncontrollably. They made my baby girl feel safe and me too! The Dr really took the extra care with a loose tooth while cleaning and didn't have to charge me knowing I had some unexpected expenses with her lately. Fortunately it was about to fall out on its own but he could have charged and even upcharged, but didn't. Im grateful. Thank you ❤️

  Very disappointing and heartbreaking experience with Banfield. I brought my 16-year-old cat, Milo, to Banfield because he had been becoming progressively weaker. By Sunday he was already having significant difficulty walking, and by Tuesday he was much worse. I took him to Banfield, where they performed bloodwork and other tests. I was told that his tests looked good and that he was simply weak because of his age. I was given Gabapentin and told that he should improve within a few days. Unfortunately, Milo continued to deteriorate. He eventually became almost completely unable to move, and when I took him to the emergency hospital, they determined that he was completely blind and that he had a serious neurological condition. They believed he may have suffered a stroke. Sadly, his condition was so severe that I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put him to sleep. What was especially upsetting was that I never had the opportunity to speak with the veterinarian in person during Milo’s visit. The doctor called me afterward, after I expressed my concerns to the front desk. During that conversation, she told me that when Milo was at Banfield, he was walking and was not blind. That was not my experience with Milo at all. He had been struggling to move since Sunday and was significantly worse by Tuesday. I also questioned how his neurological condition and blindness were not recognized or investigated more carefully. I understand that not every condition can be diagnosed through routine bloodwork, but I expected much more thorough observation and professional attention, especially for a 16-year-old cat who was clearly deteriorating. I felt that Milo was treated more like a routine appointment than a very sick senior patient who needed individualized attention and careful observation. Keeping him in a cage for much of the visit without recognizing how severely he was struggling was extremely disappointing to me. I trusted Banfield with my beloved cat, and I left feeling that his condition was not taken as seriously as it should have been. I will always wonder if more could have been recognized or done sooner. Milo deserved compassion, careful observation, and professional attention in his final days. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and heartbroken. 💔🐾

  One star is being too generous. Extremely over priced and under educated. Paid hundreds of dollars for them to misdiagnose my cats ear swab and had to go somewhere else instead anyways. Claimed the swab was “clean” then changed their mind to “bacterial” after I pointed out that the infection was visibly present. They take the pet in the back for the entire exam so I can’t even trust that they did what we paid for. Save your time, money, and pets health and go somewhere else.

  This place is a joke. They've seen our pet 3 times in the past 2 months. After calling all week to get our dog's prescription refilled, today we were told the Vet "needs to review her notes" and the soonest a script could be obtained is tomorrow morning. WE'VE BEEN CALLING ALL WEEK so why the heck hasn't the vet reviewed her notes already when we already told you he's out of the medication TODAY!!! There's no way they care about animals when I'm telling you mine is in pain without these meds. I'm so pissed right now.
