- LSLexi StortzMar 7, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at Vetco Vaccine Clinic. I brought my puppy in expecting professional and friendly service, but instead I was met with rude employees and a complete lack of basic customer service. The employee spoke in a dismissive tone and acted like answering simple questions about my pet’s appointment was an inconvenience. When you’re trusting people with your pet’s health, the least you expect is basic respect and communication. Customer service should be a priority at any veterinary clinic, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Pet owners already come in worried about their animals, and dealing with rude behavior just makes the experience worse. I won’t be returning and would recommend others look for a clinic where both pets and their owners are treated with courtesy and professionalism.

We arrived for our appt time and the staff said they were unable to accommodate because they were packing up in 5 mins to go to another location. I’m sorry but I drove 20 mins for the clinic to be turned away because you want to leave early to get to another location. Shame on you and your poor business practices.
