  This place sucks and I'll never go back. I ordered something (in stock) online for pick up. Got a confirmation email but after 1.5 hours I never got an email that it was ready for pick up so since I was in the area I went into the store. People were standing around doing nothing but couldn't be bothered to pull my order. I had them go pull the order and after 10 minutes they came back and said they don't have it in stock. What a joke. When I asked if was in stock at another local Petco they said they didn't know. Also while walking around in the store I found that there are no isle signs. Finding something means that you just have to walk all the isles until you stumble upon what you are looking for.

  Not the store but the Groomers, I didn't have my dogs shot record, I asked the rude lady for 10 minutes to get the up to date shots emailed, she shut me down and said no. I cant even say what kind of job they would do, I talked to the store manager who was very kind, she contacted the grooming Manger who was supposed to give me a call the next day, never happened. No sorry, re-book, let's set you up another appointment nothing. NEVER GOING BACK.

  DO NOT BUY ANY PETS FROM PETCO IN AUBURN HILLS OR ANY OTHER PETCO. THEY GET ALL THEIR PETS FROM PET MILLS. THE BIRDS AT THE AUBURN HILLS STORE ARE NEGLECTED. THEY ARE KEPT IN ACRYLIC CAGES WHICH IS UNHEALTHY FOR BIRDS. THEY DON'T TAKE THIER BIRDS TO AN AVIAN VET WHEN NEEDED JUST TO A REGULAR VET. PETCO SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO SELL BIRDS.

  Worst store ever. They cannot support the animals they sell... They never have crickets for my 2ft F Bearded Dragon who laid 18 eggs. When they are out of cricket stock, you are forced to buy a $10 cup of bugs (most-all dead), and the manager Karie refuses to give me any discount when I had to get food to my lizard, she wanted me to pick the alive ones out and bring it back to her so she could what? Swap me out for another dead container? I needed to go to another store (not Petco obv.), and I work full-time. Wage slave saving a corporation a dollar, when I spend $3+ a day feeding my lizard and I dont know now if they will ever have stock again when I need it. Employees say they have a shortage of crickets... Pet Supplies Plus doesn't....

  Stephen was so kind and helpful. He helped me find the things I needed and answered all my questions. Thank you again for helping me with my new fish friend. He's so happy with all his new friends! He's following them and playing already!
