  My baby boy was fixed today and the humane society had run out of cones of shame. I called this location to see they had recovery cat suits to wear so My Maui wouldn't be able to get to his incision. They did not but they looked at the other premier pet store nearby which did. In the end it wasn't the right size. The employees here go above and beyond to help you. I ended up getting a regular cone of shame from this location. The staff were just as helpful in person as on the phone. I also got a goodie bag and a raffle ticket to get cat food. Great experience.

  Great pet food choices plus staff is great! They just reminded me of a sale I missed so I got 2 free cans I wasn’t expecting!

  Love this place, they are willing to special order food for my picky cat at not extra cost AND more importantly they are willing yo keep it stocked on the shelves as well. They know their stuff and are always happy to visit with your pet when they come in. Its the only place I shop for the needs of my cat and the new puppy we added to the family.

  Got a pair of female fancy rats from here yesterday and they’re already super chill. Haven’t even held them yet but they’re already out and about eating in front of me and don’t care at all. Definitely means they get them from a great breeder who actually handles them before they get to the store. Solid spot.
