I’ve been taking my dog Riley (5 yr), (my mom took our late dog, Gus, here) ever since she had her first grooming appointment around 3-4 months old. I live in macomb, work in lake Orion at a vet, have/do work with many groomers just by being in the animal world, and will continue to drive out to New Baltimore for their grooming services. Results are consistent and they really care about client preferences/needs for the pet but every time I question why I drive out so far or don’t just take her somewhere closer, I’m constantly reminded by the love and care these ladies have for my dog. Full disclosure - my dog has had some medical issues and I haven’t been able to get her in as soon as I’d like, I’ve had to cancel appointments, reschedule, it’s been crazy - I finally got her in and immediately was greeted with care on HOW my dog was DOING. These ladies groom a lot of dogs yet they remembered her, missed her, genuinely wanted to know if she was okay, after months of not seeing her. That’s why.
