  Very nice and attentive staff never had a bad experience, even when I show up after running around in the park with my fluff ball in 85 degree weather for a couple hours.

  I’ve been coming to this location for all of my pets needs for years and I can’t stress enough how friendly, clean, and professional the staff and the overall environment is! I especially want to give accolades to JASMINE, who always gives the best product and pet care recommendations and goes out of her way to make sure my big reactive fur baby has the most pleasant experience whenever we come to the store! Jasmine always goes above and beyond, and I appreciate all that she does for us customers! Keep up the great work team :-)

  First time ever going into this place! I asked a simple question and the manager, Jasmine yells across the store Very rudely So everyone in the store could hear her and instead of being polite and walking over to me. I have been an Owner/manager for over 45 years and have never ever treated a customer like she did!! note to her if she doesn’t like her job get another one or in a bad mood leave it at home!

  Well, I guess I can't make them 5* only because of the confusion and unavailability of our specific dog food - and because they'd recommended this food to us. But, the staff at the store was very friendly and helpful as always, and they did check all around the metro area to see if other stores had what I needed. We use Premier because they're a local business and they are so customer-centric.
