  I had to put my dog down on Sunday due to her age and heart condition. The staff were so supportive and I’ll never forget the kindness they showed me. Vet tech Lindsey and the vet (I can’t remember his name ). I walked out heart broken but knew I made the correct decision. I’ve had bad experiences with vets in the past and I would 100% recommend you bring your pet here. My dog was more than just a pet she was family. They were honest with me and it’s created trust for any future pets I have I’ll be bringing them here. I wish I would have found them sooner.

  I took my sick cat there on a Sunday afternoon. The staff was friendly and compassionate. The vet assistant was kind and polite. She made my cat feel comfortable even as she took her temp. The vet was knowledgeable and had an excellent bedside manner. We were seen quickly and the cost was very reasonable. I will be going back.

  My poor fur baby had a lipoma burst on the back of her neck. Everyone took amazing care of her. The staff here are absolutely awesome. I highly recommend them for all your fur babies needs. We were even able the get her shot record update as well in the visit.

  This latest visit was horrible. Rude staff from the start. Had some blood work done on 4/20 for my cat. Had to call them to get the results on 5/6. They kept giving the the run around on why they can't give me my results. Saying the doctor isn't in. Which I find wild. I asked for them to email the blood work and they won't. They don't have a single care for your pet. Just wants your money and to add on services that your pets don't need. Now I'm even wondering if I needed to put my first cat down after all there randomly done test last year. If you love your pet do not let them care for them. I believe they are just there for the money and not truly caring for the animals. Update, asked for them to send over the blood work and they All of a sudden don't have it......wild. This is owned by Corporate Owners. Please find a family owned vet. All they care about is money and pushing test your pet doesn't need, just to make shareholders happy. Truly a horrible company. This is a scam vet do not trust them with your pets life.

  My first and only time ever visiting Dix Animal Hospital was to put down my sweet yorkie Rascal. This was one of the few emergency clinics open on a Sunday and frankly I'm grateful for the experience to receive such care in the last moments of my baby's life. As much as I wanted him to stay a little longer to go to his normal vet, he chose his time on his terms. I want to give a huge shoutout to Jessica, an absolute angel who talked me through the whole process and even offered a hug at my worst moment. I think about her every time I think about my boy and the peace she brought me. When my heart heals enough for another fur baby, I will for sure be back for future care.
