  My first visit here, I brought in a dumped dog that I took in and the staff were so supportive & helpful. He was a big, anxious boy and a tech saw me struggling to get him into the car, and came outside to help me. After this first experience, we brought in our very sick cat for multiple appts and while she did end up passing, every single tech/assistant was incredibly kind & Dr. Rehman went above and beyond to help her. Have nothing but good things to say about Dix!

  Good vet and they have taken care of my animals for years but their system of taking appts is ridiculous. So many times they have delayed my appt by an hour or more while im waiting with my pets. I write this review from the exam room almost an hour and half after my scheduled appt time and all they have done is taken my cats temp/weight. No one came in with an unscheduled emergency. Meanwhile, 4 people who come in after me have already come and gone. Im here for a neurological issue and someone's dog who had an ear cut was seen by the vet before me -- they came in almost an hour after me. I didnt anticipate blowing the entire morning in a waiting room.

  I’ve been taken my kitten who is 19 weeks old here and it’s been the biggest mistake. The wait time is always extremely long and it just seems excessive. I made an appointment for her to get neutered but they didn’t tell me the price but just made the appointment. I called earlier today and I could not believe my ears when they told me for a kitten spay is $515 which is straight robbery. I will not be taking my kitten here anymore and do not take your pets here to get spayed, the amount is just ridiculous to even justify. I find this price unacceptable because I got my other cat spayed for $130 which included a microchip and a rabies shot at another place! Unbelievable

  I went here a few years ago when my two dogs had gotten parvo and it costed my $360 and they saved my dog's life. So my puppy had gotten parvo this past week from a neighbor's dog and brought my puppy here because we had success in the past so needless to say I'm very upset with the price gauging at its finest they gave me a $1100 dollar bill and I do understand inflation and so fourth but this was more than a 100 percent mark up absolutely absurd I do not recommend this vet hospital to anyone

  They are excellent when it comes to grooming and keeping up with shots, but I thought since they are called a hospital and I’ve been taking my baby Rico there for a few years, that they would be just as good when he became ill. I took him there once he became ill and let them run every test on him and all they could tell me is that he had an infection in his blood and sent us homework with meds. My dear Rico got worst and passed away. I recommend if you’re looking for an animal hospital don’t go here! My baby was a Shih Tzu/Poodle mix and was only nine years old. I’m so devastated!
