  I had a very good experience at The Elegant Pooch. It had been far too long between groomings for my girl and she looked entirely disreputable. They cleaned her up so well! MUCH better than her previous grooming center in East Lansing, who just shaved her down to nothing and then charged double. I highly recommend The Elegant Pooch

  Hailey is very patient and kind with my nervous/anxious dog, and they don’t kennel them which is GREAT for my dog, I continue to rebook, and great prices!

  Always great and professional service. Hayden is an amazing groomer and it’s the only place in town my dog isn’t super anxious at.

  I have a miniature golden doodle and I asked specifically for her just to be trimmed and I understood If she had to be cute a bit, but she was completely shaved everywhere and which I didn’t asked for! Then the groomer used the wrong pair of clippers on my dog and cut her not once but three times. Very disappointed in the service! Thought they knew what they were doing, but I guess not and will not be returning!

  The ladies at Elegant Pooch are absolutely AMAZING!! They have always done a GREAT JOB w my "puppy"!! From the phone calls/texts to the AMAZING job they do w his grooming has always been 10/10++!! My "puppy" is an 89lb, Siberian Husky, who's scream will put a fire truck siren🚒 to shame!! He LOVES to "talk" and they just laugh @ him & act like its no big deal!! They are definitely HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! They even have a cancelation list and try their hardest to get you in earlier!! When you have a crazy schedule & need help from Son (w a crazy schedule) that helps bigtime!! PAWS DOWN AMAZING WORK LADIES!! U R TRULY APPRECIATED!!❤️🐶🐾
