- AEAmanda Ellsworth3 days ago3.0My visit to the store was just ok. The cashier was super sweet but was never asked if I needed anything in the fish area. They were too busy talking amongst themselves when I was clearly wanting fish.
- KBKylie BrownSep 26, 20261.0HORRIBLE PLACE TO BUY BULK FOOD AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I found LIVE BUGS in my hamsters food, that’s NOT supposed to be there in my 5 years of hamster ownership. Pathetic response from Alex, the manager in CHARGE OF THE FOOD. I’m outraged to say the least.
- TVTracey VeenstraSep 23, 20265.0Honestly I felt like I was in a job interview which was fantastic because they want people who know about the pets that they buy and are going to take care of them. We purchased a parrot named steel from. We changed his name to kiwi, but they were fantastic and very thorough. This is an amazing pet store and I totally recommend it.
- MMMegan MartinezSep 23, 20265.0Today, I stopped by to ask about hedgehogs and other small pets for my family. A worker with glasses and black hair, about 5'7" or 5'8", helped me even though she worked near the reptiles. She provided lots of information, then spent 25–30 minutes discussing spiders—despite my fear of them—and shared fascinating facts. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, but I wanted to recognize her kindness and the wonderful experience she gave me.

They're always a joy to talk to and answer any questions people may have about animals and feedings for Exotics. Enjoy this place as a free walk around zoo or just go in and see the indoor koi pond!
