  This store never fails to amaze. The variety of fish and other pets is always excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes have to wait to get service, but that's just because they are in such demand. With the time and cost.

  They kept their word after I paid a deposit and guaranteed me a ferret. This was my first time ever coming to preuss pets and to say I'm impressed with the store is an understatement. I really hope to make it back again at some point but a two hour drive from Toledo may as well be a full day trip. The new ferret I decided is going to be named Cookie and soon as I got him home to my other ferret Tater... To day Tater was ecstatic to see and play with another ferret is an understatement. Their first meeting they hit it off and are already best buds. The store definitely cares about all animals in their care. Again I really hope I can come and explore the store more, there's so much to see.

  I purchased a turtle here years ago. It required some additional nursing that they took care of and then honored a year of follow up appointments at a top tier vet clinic to ensure the pets good health. They really do try and go above and beyond to take care of animals before they get to their forever homes.

  Preuss Pets has to be one of my top choice when I'm looking for pet supplies for fish, birds, lizards etc. They have so many different animals overall to choose from. Great spot to just take the kids to look around. The workers their are also super nice and helpful very knowledgeable when your asking them question on the type animals etc.

  SCUTTLES and RICH are the most wonderful employees that I’ve had the pleasure of working with. SCUTTLES helped my awkward self find exactly what my adult jumping spider needed. Even though I felt embarrassed that I didn’t know all I should know, SCUTTLES was extremely kind and accommodating. RICH was the one that I got into contact with after I accidentally got disconnected. I explained to him that I just wanted to speak to a manager to tell them how happy and satisfied i was with the interaction I had with SCUTTLES. Once I described SCUTTLES to RICH, they knew exactly who I was talking about. RICH said there weren’t any high up managers on duty, and told me the best way to promote their awesome services was to leave this google review. I’ve been going to pruess my whole life. Even before they relocated to old town. And I have never once been dissatisfied with their products or services.
