  Unsure if today is just a bad day or if this is normal. But they seem very understaffed. I have been waiting in line for no less than 15 minutes with no manager in sight. The card machines were down but I was not notified when I was called to pick up my dog and I had to leave to get cash. Now myself and several others are waiting in line because there is one employee and no manager available to help.

  Stephanie was a very rude person, tried to act like she was some know it all with bearded dragons all because she owns one, news flash she isn’t the only one

  Drove an hour here to get one turtle the guy got us got the manager. She came up to us asking what size tank we have cause we were only buying the turtle, food and supplies there. We told her and she told us for them to sell them we needed a min of 40 gallon We asked what size there tank was that they had FOUR turtles in and she said she's wasn't going to get into that with us. When we said we would go some where else. She said "hope you find one you will actually take care of".

  My partners and I came into the Frandor, Lansing location as they wanted to get a guinea pig or some small animal. Girlfriend went to ask an associate for help, associate was not trained in unlocking/handling animals. Associate said he would get someone to assist us. Waited for about 10-15 minutes. No one came to help us. Incredibly disappointed in Petco. We wanted to get a small animal for our home, and we left the store incredibly upset. This is unprofessional. When we left, original associate smiled at us, didn't offer any assistance and simply waved and said have a nice day.
