Emergency Veterinarian Service
Howell Animal Hospital was established in 1952 by Dr. Charles Renton. Originally, he treated all types of farm animals and pets. Today our staff includes 6 veterinarians, Dr. Rob Renton is our equine veterinarian who travels throughout Livingston county and into Washtenaw, Shiawassee, Oakland and Genesee treating horses. While in the clinic, Dr Mary Lindamood, Dr Diane Kettel, Dr Lee Ann Fosdick and Dr Connie Sveller concentrate primarily on cats and dogs.

Staff and doctors were amazing,thorough, with reasonable treatment! Which they won me over with all that! We had to put our Shih Tzu down a month ago from neurological problems on his spine, which caused him to not be able to walk with his hind legs! So we had to put him down! Hardest thing to do in my life, like I’ve lost one of my children! Well today we received a sympathy card from Howell Animal Hospital with the most loving, kind, thoughtful, and beautiful words! This is the best animal hospital in Howell if you want a real professional clinic to care for your animal as much as you do
