  We just had to put our beloved cat down due to aggressive kidney disease. He was my mom's soul cat and we asked the vet repeatedly to make sure we got fur clippings back with his remains. We just got him back today and no fur clippings were sent back. My mom is devastated because she was going to make an ornament to remember him. If your going here please be warned they will charge an arm and a leg and not give what asked for. We are highly disappointed with our first experience with these people. Rest in Peace Sidewinder.

  They treated me and my cat so wonderful everything was beautiful done from the paw prints and nose print to it all, they gave us both so much respect, and got everything done in a timely manner.

  Thank you for taking care of our little princess, Andi this past week. We were still in shock when we arrived and your thoughtful staff ensured we had time to say our final good bye. She is now back home with her siblings that passed before her. It feels odd to say, because I want our pets to live forever, but when the tIme comes again we know we will return.

  I’m not one for reviews but I’m so heartbroken and just want others to triple check before anything is done. I had called and wanted extra paw prints and a few nose prints of my beautiful girl. The lady i spoke to was so nice and said they can do that i just needed to let my vet know for paperwork. Both ends had what I wanted but somehow the tech didn’t understand I wanted multiple prints, so I was left with only 1 paw print. I’m kicking myself because I originally just wanted to take her to trusted journey for the process and now I know I should have done that because i would have gotten what I wanted. It may just be a pet to some but she was my baby so to have such little care or lack of double checking going into it breaks my heart to have trusted this place.
