  I’ve been taking pebbles there forever, the groomer is Jen and she’s the best one there and I won’t let anyone else but Jen take care of her. Super friendly!!!! Won’t ever go anywhere else

  Jennifer has been grooming my two dogs for more than 7 years, and I truly can’t recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cares about every dog that comes through her door. Not only does she do an amazing job with grooming, but she’s also meticulous with nail trimming and teeth brushing. My dogs always come home looking fantastic, feeling great, and smelling wonderful. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and consistently goes above and beyond. What really sets Jennifer apart is the relationship she has built with my dogs over the years. They absolutely adore her and get so excited every time they see her. As a pet owner, there’s no better feeling than knowing your dogs are happy, comfortable, and well cared for while they’re being groomed. Jennifer is professional, dependable, and truly exceptional at what she does. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her, and after 7+ years, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dogs.

  Love my Farmington Hills Petco! Jennifer is the ABSOLUTE best groomer around. My dog is anxious about grooming and Jennifer has been working with Maggie for years. She now arrives with kisses for Jennifer and that always makes my heart happy. Jennifer always dries her completely (other places she comes home damp) and her nails and teeth look amazing. My vet complimented me on how great her teeth look for a 9 year old dog. She comes every two weeks for a nail trim and tooth brush and a bath once a month and I couldn’t be more thankful for Jennifer! Thanks for going above and beyond.

  I have always appreciated the local Petco store in Farmington Hills at Orchard Lake and 13 Mile. However, I was shocked, upset and disappointed during my last visit when I was checking out. Posted at the counter was a photo of two gerbils with a caption indicating they were available without fees as they were cosmetically damaged/impaired. I inquired of the clerk what was meant by this wording. He explained that the gerbils were both very sweet and nice together, but one gerbil was missing part of its tail, and the other gerbil had only 3 legs. I told him I found the posting cruel, unkind and offensive. He explained it was the manager's decision to make the posting. He said that several other customers had also expressed dismay at the sign. I said you have told me these gerbils are sweet and good together, however, this posting is most cruel and offensive and with the no fees, I expect there is zero concern that a person may obtain them solely for the purpose of harming them. If I didn't have 3 cats and a dog, I would have taken in these gerbils. I hope Petco Management understands that pets and potential pets deserve to be treated with kindness, love and they have an obligation to find safe homes for all animals.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jennifer H at Petco has been grooming my two dogs, Cotton and Romeo, for the past 2½ years, and I truly cannot imagine trusting anyone else with them. From the very beginning, she has treated my babies with incredible patience, kindness, and genuine love. You can instantly tell this is more than “just a job” to her; she cares deeply about the animals she works with, and over the years she has truly become like their second dog mom. Their haircuts somehow keep getting cuter and more polished every single visit, and she always takes the time to make sure they are comfortable, calm, and happy throughout the grooming process. What makes Jennifer even more special is how attentive and knowledgeable she is about their overall well-being. She notices little things most people would miss and has thoughtfully recommended when vet care may be needed, which shows how much she genuinely watches over the pets in her care. That level of compassion and professionalism is rare. Cotton and Romeo absolutely adore her, and so do I. If you are looking for a groomer who is talented, trustworthy, patient, and truly loving toward your pets, Jennifer is an absolute gem. 💕
