I can not say enough good things about how the staff are perform quickly and calmly. Other places quoted way more than I could afford. I’ve been very worried since last night about my cats symptoms and my vet does not have any time to check her out today, they referred me here. I looked online and it says they provide urgent care for pets, and that they accept walk-ins anytime during their hours but recommend calling ahead. I did and the woman proceeded to yell at me that they don’t have a doctor until Monday like I was supposed to know. A veterinarian clinic is a place where people bring their pets, who are family, when there is something wrong. You don’t even have to be empathetic, just be nice, especially in a time of stress like this. Not hard whatsoever.
