They could not provide evidence of an effort to cancel. Once I arrived they told me they are too busy and said my dog was too old. I played them a voicemail that confirmed my appointment. My dog has been going to this location for years. I spoke with both managers and was told “sorry,” but essentially tough luck. Zero regard for my time. Zero consideration for the customer. Complete apathy.

I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE FOR FOOD OR OTHER ITEMS IN THE FUTURE.*********** EDIT after Response Change your advertising if you dont go older dogs, My dog sits and allows the groomer to do there work, Also if you dont do older dogs that should be the 1st question you ask, How old is your pet? Alos i did call the number and she said they have nothing to do with google reviews, More wasted time,,
