  I know it's just pet supplies, but damn, I can hardly recall when an employee actually engaged with a customer if they weren't checking out, even then it is still minimal. On the plus side, in and out is always quick.

  Bring my dog here regularly for grooming. The prices are reasonable and staff have always been very friendly. Highly recommend them

  Real and honest review! 05/23/26 Micheal the manager was incredibly understanding and kind when we first called about our botch job grooming service that was done on our gorgeous boy. He was so supportive and offered us a few options to get the issue resolved so all the praise to him!! We did receive a full refund for the service and materials. Thank you to him!! We appreciate you. HOWEVER, I feel it would be a disservice to not share our experience to future customers. We have have had Petco grooms for a few years now and this was by far the worst. I will preface.. we understand that people have bad days and we know our boy can be wiggly (not to be confused with aggressive). But I wish we would’ve just been called. Express the struggle or disconnect with our dog and work with us. We should never have picked up our dog in the state that he was in. Especially after being charged $165 + tip so $200 after it’s all said and done. We sent photos to our previous groom from the Auburn Hills location and she was SHOCKED and quite honestly said there’s zero excuse. We recently received news that we’re expecting too and had family photos planned for our announcement and it’s all just added so much stress and is very disappointing. Going forward, will be making the 2 hr drive to our girl who is patient, communicative, and incredible with our boy and with a new company! **Also please note: His left leg was shaved down for a recent TPLO surgery. He was cleared by the vet for the groom and we requested from the middle of his leg up to be left untouched.
