  The fact that they have a bird in there looking sick and needs medical help with a price tag at half off but still $500 is beyond belief. The things you see for pet store to make a little bit of money. This is really sad, you guys need to do better. If I can leave a Negative stars I would

  I’m not happy with the condition of the animal that I got from here. They wouldn’t work on the price and it’s very skinny which is going to take me a lot to get it back up to where it belongs. They should ask for more information when receiving the animals into their care. They couldn’t give me any idea on age or anything all I got was he was in the cage with the other two and they were beating him up. I took it either way and I will be taking him to my vet to make sure there is nothing else wrong with him besides just being under fed while in the cage with the other two. The poor animal also was very frightened when the guy went to get him out I also had my own carrier that they refused to use as well. I would have preferred him to go into it verses the cardboard box that he could have easily gotten out of

  We took our dog for grooming and I don’t think it cannot get worse than this. They trimmed her sensitive areas so much , she barely sits. we explicitly told them to go easy or don’t trim in those places , so they obviously did not listen to us at all, this shows how well customer are taken care , That’s not all, look at her tail, would anyone trim a golden doodles tail that much or even trim it at all, whoever is the groomer , look at some videos on how to groom dogs as they clearly do not know how to. This is not the first time this has happened, we took her here before and she got an infection and it got to a point where we have take her to the vet. Now she can barely walk. This place worse than terrible, don’t come to this place unless you want the most horrible experience ever and want to ruin your day and your pet’s day.
