    Izzy was absolutely horrible. I dropped my dog off for a grooming and she stopped his haircut mid cut and told me they could no longer finish. She said it was against company policy because of a dew claw. I get to the store to pick up my dog and he was half groomed. Absolutely ridiculous. He was splotchy all over and his head wasn't even trimmed. Will NEVER EVER be back! Maybe next time do a health check before you groom. Its NOT that difficult!

    I've been taking my dog here every 2 months for the past 3 years. 10 minutes after dropping him off, they call and say they have a "new policy" that they cannot groom him due to his liver condition. He was born with a liver shunt and they have always known about it. So why waste my time and not tell me beforehand?

    Our border Collie, Raya enjoyed her spa day and was refreshed, brushed, ears and nails done, too. Her groomer took the time out to get to know her better and was very patient with me, listening to me, since Raya is new to us, too. We will be bringing her back, we liked the punctuality and she was done within an hour.
