- ECElijah CanfieldMay 15, 20261.0I've been taking my dog here every 2 months for the past 3 years. 10 minutes after dropping him off, they call and say they have a "new policy" that they cannot groom him due to his liver condition. He was born with a liver shunt and they have always known about it. So why waste my time and not tell me beforehand?

Her groomer took the time out to get to know her better and was very patient with me, listening to me, since Raya is new to us, too. We will be bringing her back, we liked the punctuality and she was done within an hour.
