- DDDarrell Dawson3 days ago1.0This morning I was called by Scenthound an hour and 20 minutes before our dog Roxy's appointment, telling me it was canceled today because the groomer called in sick.You don't have other groomers other than the one who called in sick. It's sad because my time is very limited and we were looking forward to this appointment. This establishment is so unprofessional and I won't ever take our beloved Roxy there. The first impression is very important and Scenthound has failed.

We have taken our Shipoo to several other groomers and every single time, he had to be shaved. But not here; they actually took the time to brush him out (even if it did make him crabby). And look how cute he looks (along with his brother, Oliver).
