  Absolutely amazing! The staff were super helpful. I mentioned I bought a sun conure from here a month ago and wanted to get another one, and they got along right away! They're siblings so i expected so! The new on the right in the first with more yellow is starting to fly to us now! Super helpful about food and everything! Give them your business!

  I got my Meyers parrot, Milo, from this shop about a week ago. The shop owner and employees were so helpful and patient with helping me find the right parrot for my family. Milo has already added a lot of joy to our family! If you’re considering adding a bird to your family, skip the Petcos and Petsmarts out there and visit Exotic Bird Shop instead. I could tell instantly that this was a truly professional place. The shop was nicely laid out and clean. There were lots of unique toys and food mixes for your bird and they even have cute backpacks with the shop’s logo. I highly recommend boarding your feathered friend with this shop. I haven’t gotten a chance to board my bird yet but it’s a comfort to know that there’s a place in SE Michigan that can watch your bird while you go on vacation. You really shouldn’t let random people watch your bird since they often have unique needs.

  We got a ringed neck parakeet roughly 9 months old. The experience at the shop was great we went twice before deciding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate all of their time but big thanks to Ari for all his help during those 2 visits we got to take home a new family member and we appreciate his time with us!

  This place is amazing and so is the staff. Very clean and birds are all healthy. We brought home Atlas a male congo african grey on June, 27th and he is doing so good. I highly recommend anyone to go and get a feathered family member or just to interact with the birds there. My husband and I will continue to support this lovely place.

  Large selection of safe toys, cages and treats for pet birds. Prices are slightly higher than some other online places but you’re able to walk out the store with your purchase so it’s worth it. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely stop in when I’m in town
