  It seems like leadership has taken a weird turn at this location. I've been shopping here for years. I don't recognize any of the employees anymore (they seem to have gotten rid of any and all long term employees I knew by face). It's been 2 days and I'm still waiting for them to return money to me because they are not stocking the products I need for pickup. I was given the products they could locate (approximately $10 worth of product, and the least needed things in my whole order) yesterday, but they still haven't processed on their end that I even picked up the order (I received a reminder to pick up my order today for some reason). They took the full order cost of approximately $58 out of my bank account yesterday without acknowledging that the two other products (making up $48 of my order) I needed weren't in my order. They also keep pushing pickup and auto ship on me (I've stopped shopping in store due to the lack of recognizable employees I trust the expertise of), but do not actually seem to be able to properly pick and process pickup orders. Weird management decisions all around, bad pickup order processing management, and I don't enjoy being in the store anymore than I really have to be at this point. The location has unfortunately gone downhill.

  Went to store to purchase some items. Found an email that offered 10% off but only if I ordered online. Asked store to match it. The cashier wanted to but the manager wouldn’t do it. He was not helpful at all. I then ordered it online while standing in the store. I received confirmation that the store had the order. After waiting 20 minutes the store still had not received the order. I left the store to come back after receiving their confirmation. About 10 minutes later I received an email from Petco canceling my order. I went back to the store and bought all the same products without receiving their confirmation discount. Today I received another Petco email offering the same 10% discount. Will try to go anywhere else but Petco. Very poor customer service. Very frustrating. Big waste of time. Cashier was very nice.

  I had recently come back to petco after a few years. The first time I left, the grooming just declined so much with my last dog it wasn't worth it. The pricing has always been a lot, the staff not very friendly. Anyway, after a few months of being back, this last visit staff were rude (they never have been really friendly to be honest) when I was buying dog food. I carried a 26 lb bag up front, seeing a manufacturers coupon on the third bag on the stack and signs that the specific dog food was on sale. The saleswoman took a picture of the bag, went back, and stated the coupon was for a different dog food. I didn't mind going back to get the right bag at all, but she stated "it's right here in the [new] picture if you don't believe me." I went back, grabbed the exact type but with the manufacturer's coupon on it. Her tone and bearing just reminded me why I had stopped going there. Do not recommend.
