Always no issue until I saw that “ manager shouldn’t even be a manager ! Do not go here !! Take you dogs somewhere nicer !! One of my dogs came back with a fleas too !
- WWWillJul 19, 20265.0Tilly, and Kierstan were supremely helpful and knowledgeable about how to properly care for my pet and how to properly deal with the multiple strays that find there ways to my house, would be a ten star review if I could select it, will definitely be using them as my main groomer, dont forget to tip folks.😁

Horrible attitudes, completely unprofessional , and just flat out rude. Very nasty and distasteful grooming establishment. Alex is the wonderful young man that did complete my pets service but due to me being completely u aware that Meghan was no longer working there (which is extremely unprofessional because why not notify parents) but i was left with no option. Don’t take your pets to this grooming location go somewhere else where they are nicer. Kiersten L and Tilly don’t book them. Kiersten will tell you your dog isn’t normal. and Tilly will just continue to make comments about you and your dog as she thinks your leaving.

Charged me extra for a service that was already in a package that I selected. When I brought this to her attention. She just brushed it off and said oh well.. my dog hair was basically skinned when he has curly hair.Kiersten complained my dog was too friendly and wouldn’t stay still. I pointed out my dog was still a puppy.. Petco had lost a loyal customer!! I will never go back!! Horrible experience
