  Slightly annoyed after calling the store today and asking for confirmation before sending my husband and son down that they had society finches and was told a few times that they did and thinking they knew what they were talking about went ahead and sent my husband down 1.5 hours there and 1.5 hours back to find out when he got home they indeed were zebra finches spent over 300$ and can’t even house them together. They will tell you it’s fine but society finches are wayyyyy more docile and able to be held in your hand and pet and zebras are much more aggressive and territorial and will hurt the societys. I am glad we were able to give them a good home but not what I had asked for and had the worker confirm for me in the future ask them to send photos if your traveling far distance to save your gas and time and emotions. I don’t work there and I know the difference and was immediately bummed out and I know for fact they are zebra finches but long story short the housing they were housed in was labeled incorrectly so kind of low key irritated and annoyed they deffinately need more knowledge and information on what they are selling so to label things correctly. The ones that my son and husband picked up are the ones with the orange beaks and stripes like a zebra and they are 2000% zebra finches as I already have some and their sounds are wayyyyyyyy different from those of society finches. The dark chocolate ones with the black beaks here are 2000% society finches. And the last 2 photos are off google to help others who may be interested and to help the workers there know in the future the difference between them before selling or labeling.

  I came to return an item bought on the internet ( which went without hassle ) and got exactly what I did want .... Next time I'll go to the store first. Very happy!!

  Cashier I had, was absolutely amazing. So nice. So knowledgeable. Helped me make a good choice for my pets and helping keep them safe. Best employee I’ve run into there in a long time!

  Lots of well stocked supplies. I like their jumbo litter boxes for multiple cats.
