- CMChelsea McCurdyJul 13, 20261.0Grooming salon was AWFUL. My dogs appointment was at 9:30, and was crated until 11:35 when Autumn M decided to begin. I stopped in at the 3 hour mark to check-in and was told at least 1-1.5 more hours. This could have been avoided if she began working on him when or around the appointment time. She called me at 1:55 and said she could not finish as my Goldendoodle was too aggressive. I picked him up and left. I called the store manager who reviewed the camera footage and explained that not once was my dog aggressive. I explained that there is no positive outcome with this situation, and he said “I would not bring your dog back as the girls in the salon have a lot of attitude, and I fear they would not treat him well if you return.” Shame on Autumn M who gave my dog 1/2 a haircut and crating my dog for over 2 hours during his appointment time. This store should be ashamed
