  Terrible experience. It started out bad and from there we should have probably just canceled the appointment. We got there, nobody was at the register, there were people inside a room taking care of another dog. Then there was a woman leaning up against that closed door, looking into it, completely ignoring the front counter. Since we were there for our appointment and we had somewhere else to go, we tapped on the glass to let her know we were there. She then got her manager and seemingly complained about us, and her manager came out as if we had some kind of a problem. I didn't know tapping on the glass to get someone's attention when they didn't respond to us would be so upsetting to someone... It was ridiculous. Ultimately we let that go, and we were supposed to come back in 2 to 3 hours. We came back at the 3-hour mark, and we were told to come back in 45 minutes. When we got there we were told they got busier than expected, which made no sense since we had this appointment several weeks before. So I'm not sure why they would get busier if we had already scheduled our appointment. We came back almost an hour later, and our dog was still not ready. We then had to wait in the store for another 30+ minutes. The manager apologized for what occurred in the morning, and ultimately I let it go because we were tired and I just didn't want to impact our vacation further by complaining about the incident or about all of the delays. We finally got our dogs back and at that time we were tired and just wanted to go home. After spending over $200 to have our dogs groomed. One of which was a labradoodle and we had very specific requests that she was cut by someone who understood how to cut labradoodles. We even told them that we were okay with cutting short due to some matting but we wanted to make sure it was someone who understood how to cut labradoodles correctly and again, we were told that they did. They obviously did not. This is her worst haircut she has ever had. They shaved her way too short, they cut her facial hair off completely. What's even worse is that the whole haircut is uneven, I don't understand how they could be this off. I often do this at home myself using grooming set that I have, and I do a much better job. The purpose of bringing them elsewhere is have someone who can do a better job than I can. They did a terrible job considering the 5-6 wait. Both of our dogs still had long sharp nails, and worse, instead of cleaning their ears, it appears they got lots of water in their ears and left them wet. Now both of our dogs are constantly shaking their heads the last few days which means we're probably going to take them to the vet so they don't get ear infections. If this was $25 a dog, it wouldn't be acceptable, but spending well over $200 for this, is ridiculous. I would not recommend taking your dog here for grooming. I completely regret it but we were limited because we were on vacation, and couldn't get an appointment anywhere else, a decision I completely regret.

  The groomer made all 4 of our dogs, of all ages, feel comfortable on their first visit, for a nail trim

  Don't trust petstores! Went in for the first time to get a Betta fish, half were dead! Terrible customer service and no accurate instructions on the care of actual betta fish had to do my own research, ignored by peto corporation! Total rip off!

  I love Petco for the variety of things they have for all our fur babies needs! The staff/employees are great! They are kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and they really seem to take pride in there job! They really care about the animals they work with and the ones they are helping out every day through the great products they recommend. And for the Vetco mobile clinic that's available through Petco every week! Just being able to get the visit and exam for free, is a blessing! I am saving $200.00 just on that alone! And when you sign up with Petco, you save so much on products that you use every day, week, and month, plus extra perks that are absolutely wonderful! Thank you Petco!!!! 😊😇
