  The staff was friendly and helpful. Store is fairly clean and organized but the selection is smaller than other Petco's. I just moved to this area from another state and this is the only one near by so it was disappointing. Had to get a different formula food for my pup. It is a decent store just small selection of each brand.

  My pup enjoyed her visit along with her two new toys and the free cookies from the very friendly cashier. I spoke briefly with the trainer and she was very helpful and informative. Overall a great shopping experience

  Wonderful place i get lots of cool stuff for my cat. Employees deserve .ore money and more vacation days. They also should get better cat toys!

  I appreciate the variety of items available when shopping physically in the store, but the store's coordination with online ordering is horrible. I placed an online order for store pickup and before I even left home, the order was picked up by someone else, which means the store released the items that I paid for to an unauthorized person. So I had to call the online support, and they ordered the same items for same day delivery, which was fine, except the DoorDasher couldn't find my home, which was the problem of the DoorDash app, but something to know if your address is hard to find by non-professional delivery. After another call to the online support and ordering the same items, the next day's DoorDasher found the store was not prepared for the pickup and rushed to pick up a wrong-sized item.

  Clean store but poorly kept reptiles and birds cages have food dumped out onto floors under grates barley any toys for them to be engaged, the snakes on multiple occasions have mites, and the humidity is incredibly low while heat is high, snakes where visibly dehydrated like wrinkled old men. When approaching an employee to voice concern, was treated like they were annoyed and stated I'll let my manager know as some sort of passification it was rude and felt like they gave 2 shits. Do better and I'll change my rating, next time I'm going to post pictures and video of my next encounter with the animals conditions.
