  I have been traveling for two weeks and my baby needed a bath it was wonderful just to be able to utilize this location in Maryland even tho my home is Florida the staff was great accommodating me On such short notice and taking good care of my Fur Baby thanks a bunch

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! 😡💔 I am completely heartbroken and disappointed with the experience my 13-year-old dog had today. With her birthday only 12 days away, I took her in expecting her to be properly groomed and cared for. Instead, she was cut and left unfinished like this. I also want to make it clear that my dog only had two mats — one on her tail and a small one on her ear. The mat on her tail was there because Bella did not cut/trim her tail properly during her previous grooming appointment, so I was already aware of that area. My dog has been to Bella before, and we have never experienced anything like this. I was told Bella started grooming her around 3 PM, but she got off around 6 PM and apparently did not want to finish the job. Instead of completing the grooming or communicating with me about any issue, my dog was left looking like this. What made the situation even worse was Bella’s attitude toward me and how insensitive she was toward both my dog and my 13-year-old daughter. My dog is 13 years old, and seeing her treated this way was extremely upsetting. I understand that mats can sometimes make grooming more difficult, but two mats — one on the tail and a small one on the ear — does not justify cutting my dog and leaving her unfinished. If there was an issue or Bella could not complete the grooming, I should have been contacted and given the opportunity to make a decision. Instead, I am now left with my dog walking around looking like this, and I am absolutely heartbroken, confused, and disappointed. 💔 This is by far the worst grooming experience I have ever had. I trusted Bella because my dog had been there before, and I never expected her to be treated this way. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

  Stylist was the sweetest person we have had in a long time. She was attentive, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend her and wished I woudd've gotten her name.
