  Amanda is a horrible manager and completely discriminated against my dog who is prone to ear infections but despite she has been seen at multiple petcos for grooming before and have never had an issue she’s a cocker spaniel and prone to ear infections but wasn’t actively dealing with one at the time of our visit but she took upon herself to diagnose her but she’s not a vet. I would have been scared to leave my dog with them anyway

  The staff at this store was exceptional. I asked the young woman at the front desk for help to find a product and without hesitation, she cheerfully assisted me. Now that is real customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name, but I believe she had red hair. Also, your Waldorf location is very clean and organized, just like your La Plata location. This extremely satisfied customer will be back!

  Petco is a reliable go-to for just about anything your pet might need, from high-quality food and toys to grooming services and vet care. It’s incredibly convenient to have so many options under one roof, and I’ve always found their staff to be helpful when I’m looking for something specific. While it can be a bit more expensive than some other retailers, the ease of getting everything in one trip usually makes it worth it for me.

  Super helpful gentleman helped me out as soon as i walked in. I had some questions about what kind of fish to get and he was very attentive and knew a lot about all of the fish in the store. I forgot to get his name but I will definitely be back to this store if i need any more fish in the future.
