  Petco is the best! The workers are so friendly and kind and treated my pup so great! Would recommend this location for anyone who wants their pet to feel loved! ❤️

  Update: went for the third time today (21 May 2022). Have an appointment at 0900. There was no one there. The guy that was opening, have to contact the grooming salon to remind them that they have a customer. While waiting. I've notice a mop/bucket by the grooming entrance, and the it was really grossed. They just opened, so it seems like they didn't clean the mop the day before. The grooming rep arrived 15 minutes later. I was told, that my dog should be ready by 11 am or earlier. And they will contact me. No One contacted me, I have to call them 2x to have a person to confirm that Bella is ready. I got there, no one was at the grooming area. The cashier doesn't seem like they know where they went. Waited about 20 minutes and finally I was able to check out dog. Also, noticed that the same bucket filled with dirty water is still in the area, but it seems like it has less water, so it's been used without getting new/clean water. I'm keeping the 1 star rating. PS. The groomer was Miranda Q. It doesn't seem like my pet got groomed/taken care of either. This is the second time I used the grooming salon. The second time I asked them to trimmed my dogs nails as short as possible and to trimmed the hair in her paws. Talked to the grooming person, verified what I would like to happened. Paid roughly $73 plus tips. Went home and voila, nails are NOT trimmed/buffed, the hair in her paws are also not trimmed. I'm highly disappointed. I think I'm going back to Petsmart grooming instead. This was just really convenient for me location wise. I forgot who did my dog's grooming but highly disappointed.

  A while back I had a not so good experience here, and since it was my first visit to a Petco, it made me not want to try the other locations. I asked a staff member if they had a certain brand of food in stock, and she happily took it upon herself to tell me the fact I wanted to get that particular brand meant I wanted to kill my pet cat. Without a word I left the store.
