- JHJR HamiltonJun 9, 20261.0I purchased a fish at the Eldersburg Petco and the manager on staff made it seem like a chore fore her to do. She called the aquatics specialist and he was busy so she decided to net the fish herself and in doing so she injured the fish. I literally offered to do it myself because she was having such difficulty. She was short with bright shoulder length blonde hair I did not get her name. I'm currently doing my best to try to keep the Oscar cichlid I purchased alive but I don't believe my efforts will work. I don't recommend going to this location if they're short staffed. Their aquatics specialist Joel is fantastic. I should have gone there when he was working but my schedule did not permit that. Unfortunate.

The cashier who helped me, James, was welcoming, friendly, patient with my many questions and highly knowledgeable. I'll definitely return to this location for supplies.
