- NPNidian perezSep 18, 20261.0i give them a one star because i’ve never went to a groomers where they take 4+ hours, i only came here because where i usually take my dog they didn’t have any availability anytime soon & my dog needed a haircut after this experience never again & their work is not even the best for it to take that long, it was an okay job. i never received a call i only went in because it had been 4 hours already, when i went in to get any updates she said she was almost ready i could see my dog from over the counter her legs were shaking. never again coming back i don’t recommend.
- DTDonelly TobiereSep 16, 20265.0Finally, a good Portie groomer! I discovered Clever Dog this year and Winston has been in twice now. What I really appreciate is the staff's attention to detail in making sure the one groomer who specializes in Porties is the one who cuts him — that consistency makes all the difference for getting the breed standard right instead of just a generic doodle cut. Winston's always a little hesitant when I leave him, but the team does a great job helping him feel comfortable. Highly recommend if you have a Portie and want someone who truly understands the breed.
- SCStan CrockAug 22, 20265.0They did a great job and finished when promised.
- MOMandy O'ConnorAug 22, 20265.0Literally saved our dog, Leon’s health and well being by grooming him when no one else could due to his aggression/fear of clippers or scissors. My 8 year old Havanese/pom mix went from a matted, over grown, unsanitary mess to a short haired handsome, clean and happy boy! So grateful and your staff is a blessing! Very reasonable pricing for superb service and customer service. Leon is allowed back on the bed now!
