  In the past I had good experiences with Vetco but lately it’s really went down hill. I took my dog in Sat. Yes I was probably the last customer. However should not equal to less service. I left w/ 2 meds not directions at all. Including not even properly labeled. I even asked to make sure all instructions were written down for me. Which never happened. I also requested to medications get sent to chewy which they’ve done in the past. Including a few mths ago. Also one of the meds I pd 4 there expires in Sept. 2 mths from now 🤯. Then I just called and had a bad customer experience w/Matt. He said they will not send her scripts to chewy. And made it known he’s the office manager . I asked for the vet to contact me he got loud w/ me and told me he will not be doing that. To make matters worse I attempted to call Petco and they told me this location deals with complaints in house 🤦🏼‍♀️. If you can afford to take your pets somewhere better do it .

  Exceptional customer service from everyone involved! Very quick and easy. Unbeatable price. Edit to add: this was for the vaccine clinic/van!

  Would NOT recommend. A 5 minute grace period in a busy area with a lot of traffic is not realistic at all. Grey haired older woman was very rude and snarky, not sure if it’s because i’m a POC but she needs a training on how to be nicer to customers. Don’t come here if you want good customer service!

  I have been calling for days & no one ever picks up I am trying to get the name of the medicine my dog was taking & even left a voicemail still nothing its embarrassing.

  Had A 11AM Appointment No One Came To See Me I Had To Ask Whats Going On. I Had Been There Since 10:50AM. “Sam” The Front Desk Clerk Was Extremely Rude And Kept Looking Me Up And Down When I Addressed My Concerns. NO ONE CAME TO SEE ME TILL 11:30. RIDICULOUS. IM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! UPDATE - HALEY WAS AMAZING AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WAS TRULY A SWEETHEART AND PUT ME AT EASE : )
