  I will never come here again to get my dog groomed. I usually go to a neighboring pet store for grooming (also a Petco) and it’s been great for six years. This past time they didn’t have availability so I came to Severna Park and when I walked in, other people walking by told me this was not a good place to get my dog groomed. As soon as I got to the check in counter, the lady who was supposed to groom my pup bent down and cornered her. And she put her hand near her mouth which then made my dog snarl. The lady grabbed the leash tight, pulling my dog and shouted “NO” I ran out of there so fast. I am glad this happened in the beginning so I could still leave with my pup. Who knows what could’ve happened during the grooming experience. I will go back to my normal pet grooming place and take this as a learning experience to never come here again.

  My service was very excellent. She was super helpful. Very happy and friendly experience. Very helpful about fresh water fish. I hope I keep on getting this type all ways.
