- PMPriscila Da MataSep 29, 20261.0I'm a new customer in this hospital and I'm extremely dissatisfied with everything, I'm not able to talk to them even if you want to schedule an appointment, they ask you to leave a message and they don't return your call, they send me to the chat and there they don't help you with anything they just keep asking the same question, that is, my whole experience is being very bad, but when the day comes to discount the monthly fee there is not even a delay.

I drove from out of state, Delaware, to get to the vet in Maryland, and when I arrived, I was told I wasn’t on the appointment list. SMH. I know I put the correct time and date, and that I actually, finally, spoke to someone. But I was told there was no appointment anywhere in the system. I’m done. I called ten times a day for two weeks to get someone on the phone only to be told it didn’t happen? No appointment existed?I’ve used banfield for over ten years but this was the final straw.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
