  I had a very disappointing experience at this Petco location and won’t be coming back. Before making over a 20-minute drive with my family and my puppy for her first wash and nail trim, I called ahead to confirm she could be seen.” “I was told on phone that she would be fine. But when we arrived, we were refused service because she didn’t have her rabies vaccination yet. My puppy was born January 19th and was only five days away from turning six months old, which is the age requirement for that vaccine. That was frustrating enough, but what made it worse was the customer representative’s service. The employee, with unkept hair, we dealt with was unfriendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Intentionally not wanting to complete the appointment. No smile, no effort to check with a manager or explain the policy, just a flat no. We left feeling like our time didn’t matter at all. If this location has a strict policy, that’s fine, but customers deserve accurate info when they call, so they don’t waste time and gas.” “Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re looking for clear communication or a welcoming environment. There are definitely places that treat both pets and their owners with more professionalism and respect.”

  Never been to this petco till April 2026. I like it. Yes they are short staffed or dont have many people working, which you just have to be a understanding & supportive person, be patient etc. I have not had any issues with anyone, all employees are super friendly. My frogs ive gotten from them are healthy & perfect.

  Store was so messy and disorganized on a Sunday afternoon. Walking into the place in such a state felt like I was intruding on a moving operation. I tried to walk around to find what I needed but I was too overwhelmed with the mess. I turned around and went to a competitor instead.
