- TCTinaee CrowderMay 28, 20262.0My cat was supposed to be washed, shave stomach, trim, and shave around private area. The only thing that was done was shaving of the private area and a bath. Nothing else. I paid $122 when I usually pay $100 for the lion cut and I didn’t get what I asked for. A waste of time.

Before coming back to me, she goes to Faith to say thank you. Love this service, but most of all we love Faith. What a gem of a person!!!
- LNL NewmanMay 1, 20261.0Ok…I took my cat in to be groomed, meaning bath ,cut ,under belly trim etc! My cats cut was horrible! She still has the hair on her bottom which looks matted now and her belly wasn’t trimmed but I couldn’t see until we got home,she looks chopped up! She is well behaved and trust me if my other groomer wasn’t in the military I would not have ever came to Petco and never will again now!! Horrible service
- JWJennifer WhitmanApr 8, 20261.0Our dog’s appt was at 10:45am. When we dropped off we said we needed to pick up no later than 3pm due to another appointment. They told us he was up next yet but later learned they didn’t start on him for several hours and he wasn’t done until 4pm. In addition they charged us for long hair but he doesn’t have long hair, an additional fee to trim the hair on his chest/belly, additional fee to trim nails and then a $6 fee for “supplies”. He is a miniature schnauzer and it cost $100. Absolutely overpriced and they took over 5 hours to do a quick trim. Will not be back.
- KBKia BurrellApr 2, 20262.0This is the second time that I took my cat here for grooming and did not have a good experience this time. I had asked for a trim under the belly and it was shaved, and they charged me for that! I will not be returning. Too many other places to go.
