  On Saturday 10/10/2026 I brought my dog in for a bath. I left and everything was normal and her fur was extra fluffy. A Day and a half later I was able to see blood on her. As her fur was going back to normal we were able to see cuts. We took her to the vet and they said it was infected as the tools used to brush her fur were most likely not sanitized. She needs multiple medications.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Petco’s kitten vaccination bundle, mainly because of how poorly the deworming service was handled. During my first visit, I was told that my kitten was too young to be dewormed, so the staff did not perform the deworming that day. I was specifically told that it would be done at the next visit. However, the staff still marked the deworming as completed even though it was not actually performed. During my second visit, the staff almost forgot to deworm my kitten again and had already marked it as completed. If I had not reminded them, the deworming would not have been done. On my third visit, I was told that my kitten could not receive deworming because Petco only provides deworming twice. This was confusing and frustrating because the kitten bundle I purchased clearly includes 3 deworming treatments. Overall, I feel that the staff did not properly keep track of the services included in my package, and I had to repeatedly remind them about something that I had already paid for. Having a pet's medical care handled this way is concerning, especially when the staff marks a service as completed when it was not actually performed. I hope Petco can improve communication between staff members and make sure that the services included in their packages are properly tracked and provided to customers.

  I wouldn’t recommend grooming your pet here !! Go to petsmart. They do all things and will not turn you away. They just didnt want to do their job. I will never return to this store

  I booked on the app for 4:00pm. Tisha told me she’d have to rebook me two hours before my appointment because she had to leave at 5:30pm… I called her back and told her I could bring my dog before 3:30. 5:15 rolls around and I get a call from Tisha saying my dog was too jumpy and that she shaved half of her but “ didn’t want to go any further due to safety” coincidentally close to the time she now has to leave… I’m irritated bc 1. My dog looks crazy as hell. 2. My dog has been groomed multiple times and has never had a complaint about jumping. ( she’s a 8lbs Multipoo) 3. For all this I could’ve just rescheduled or at least return her without a hatch job. She wasn’t washed or even brushed. Just shaved. This was so unsatisfying. I will never return here.
