  Dr Miller was the veterinarian on staff but I only learned this after asking Stephanie, the nurse, who was professional and kind. In other words, I never met Dr Miller. The nurse Stephanie took our pet to the back and returned with a possible diagnosis and recommendations. I have never experienced a doctor that did not provide the diagnosis to the pet owner and answer any possible questions. In addition, I was never given the allergy prescription I was told I had to make an appointment to receive. The nurse eventually called me to tell me they forgot to attach it to the discharge paperwork they gave me and ask me to come back to get it. While Stephanie was nice , this was overall a disappointing experience.

  I took my kitten here when he was a baby for last six years and he was taken care all of the time. I had no issues when got neutered and got previous dental cleaning. However on August 29th, 2026, he did his dental cleaning and he wasn't eating after that. This happened to him last year but he was fine. I called the vet Monday about the concerns because he was vomiting and they gave him and anti nausea medicine. It seems the vet was down playing my concerns. He was not improving and called again and got a stimulant which worked last year. My cat immediately threw up again and my wife called again about this issue and stated that he had not eaten for four days. Then the doctor callled again that can see the next morning and wave the blood test cost and coupon for free cat food. The next day on September 2, 2026, they saw and vet gave me a concern about his blood work that it was bad and before the dental she said his blood work was normal. I not sure how that happened and the vet recommended me to take him to a hospital. She gave me a sense false hope that they caught this issue with his blood early and next time they will use anti anxiety medication for his next dental. He was submitted to the hospital and they checked him. The hospital vet didn't beat around the bush and gave us the grim news. Each phone call from the hospital got worse and we had to make the difficult decision for my cat. I don't what happened after the dental, but I never take another animal to Banfield again or I'll never recommend them to anyone. At least get a second opinion from a better vet, it may cost more but in the long run you will not regret it. I was warned about Banfield from friends and family, I guess I learned the hard way. At least the hospital sent me a card and eventually Banfield did as well with some poem. Worst part about is that I had call corporate on September 3, 2026 to cancel this useless wellness plan and they wiill still charge for the remaining two months despite that my cat is dead. All is left is this expensive hospital bill and a quiet home. I don't recommend Banfield.

  I've always had a great experience at this Banfield. I've been to other but this one is my favorite and I drive out of my way to keep going here. It never feels chaotic like some of the other locations I've been to. The front desk staff and the vets have been great. The same people have been working there for a while which is a good sign. I also appreciate their signage and decorations!
