Great staff! Great service! From courtesy on the phone to check in reception to doctors and techs to check out and follow up! My furry panthers (Kobe & Kwame) say Thanks to all of you for all you do😉

The communication and customer service at this location is ROUGH. I’ve left multiple voicemails asking for assistance to get my dogs vaccine records to apply for an apartment and it’s been over a week with no call back (this was before the snow storm). The customer service is not only poor in communication but not nice or welcoming in the least. Sadly I’m counting down the days to change vets.

My pet is in need of heartworm medicine. I attempted to call and then drive in and pick it up. At first, there was no answer. I left a message requesting a call back. 2 hrs later, I received no call back. I called again and was placed on hold for 15 minutes, at which time I hung up. Later that day, I drove in and went inside. There were 2 employees behind the check-in counter. I stood waiting at the counter with no one in front of me. About 2 min later, the woman behind the desk told me to take a seat because they were too busy. I told her about my previous attempts and was told the same. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Again, they were too busy to get one. This place has no time for you and has no customer service skills. We will be looking for a new customer focused pet care solution where you get treated with respect and receive service in a timely manner.

I read all the bad reviews and still decided to try this location. I made a appt. I was 30 min late. I would have rescheduled. I called from my car and was told no problem. Wow, ok. I checked in from my car confirming a wellness exam, heartworm test, and a fecal test. I was asked if I had a wellness plan. I said no; but I am researching them online. I don't need one today. She immediately went into telling me about plans for 15 mins. I interjected I'm not interested today. She asked me what my appt was for. I told her what the appt was for again. She went into pricing for my appt. The price was different then my quote when I made the appt. I told her the price was different and she put me on hold. She came back and explained the price I received was a mistake. I said okay can I please get my dog in for the appt. She asked me again what the appt was for. I asked to speak with the mgr. Jackson came on the phone immediately stated you have been on the phone for a while can I help you. I explained I was frustrated by all the wasted time with up selling me; repeating what my appt. is for, and pricing uncertainty. She defended the whole process as normal procedure. Really? I stated it's been 25 min now is my dog going to be seen. She went into how I was late and now it's been longer... I immediately cut in and said I apologise for wasting your time and mine. I hung up. I was looking to save 85.00 over my Vet, but now will spend it willingly for the competency.
